We drop off and pick up all products FREE within the local Newcastle area (10km radius)
Anything outside of that area will then have a small travel fee, this is based upon the area travelling to.
We assemble and dissemble all our products as well as clean them accordingly to each item.
We can customise items such as our plinths, clear acrylic boxes and acrylic boards, this comes
at a small additional fee based on what you are after, please enquire about this.
How long can I have the item for
Our fees are not based off an hourly time frame. The fee provided covers your whole event. Eg we can drop/set up your item during the day of your event and either collect that night or the following day.
Can I add things to the item I hire
You can add your own items to what you have hired based on advising us prior. Eg hiring a flower wall and wanting to add your own sign, this is okay however we need to be aware.
Am I reliable for this item when I hire it
Yes, whilst this item is in your care you are reliable for any damages that do occur. We do inspect all items prior to going out to each and every client. We please ask that you respect our items as if they were your own.

Can you recommend any other suppliers for our event ?
Yes of course, we do work with a lot of other local businesses such as music entertainment, printing, photographers, make up artist etc so please ask us if you need some reccomendations
What if you don't have something I am after?
Please still ask us as we are getting new stock in every few months and we may be able to have this item sooner if on our list.
